4. Client Responsibilities

Clients who engage our staffing or outsourcing services agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding job requirements, working conditions, and the work environment
Treat all placed candidates and staff in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations
Pay all invoices and fees as specified in the applicable Service Agreement
Notify us promptly of any concerns regarding placed candidates or service delivery
Maintain a safe and lawful workplace for any staff provided by us

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of the Company or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
